⚡️🤖 NEW - AI is finding more security bugs in the Linux kernel than ever, but developers are struggling to deal with the flood of reports.
Linux 7.2 has already passed 1,500 reported CVEs, and the next release could approach 2,000.
That doesn’t mean Linux suddenly became less secure, AI tools are scanning more than 40 million lines of code and spotting issues that might have been missed before.
The problem is that many reports are duplicates, false positives, or minor issues, so developers still have to review them.
