The way to fix this is on device relays that you control that let you choose to block people from reading your posts. You only post to relays you control. When you block someone, that person wouldn't have access to your posts.
So start with a white list, with a two or three layer web of trust. Only those people could see your posts. Then if someone becomes a problem, block them. Add a blacklist on to of your whitelist.
Ot if you want more attention, let anyone and everyone see your posts.
