timing of these ETFs is pretty crazy - if bitcoin goes on a strong run during a global depression shit is gonna get wild

We already had a soft landing. Green pastures ahead.

My thought exactly. It would be a weird way for the story of Bitcoin to play out. So on the nose.

Stay humble, Stack Sats.

Fiat minds will be so depressed.. Sorry, not sorry. For us, being humble will be even harder. Pura vida Matt 🤙🍀

The same timing as in June when the Blackrock ETF became known 😅🤭 I don't suspect anything good. 😁 Bitcoin does not require an ETF

Looking forward to a time when #Bitcoin is so dominant that an action of a branch of the government (such as today’s Grayscale ruling) has LESS impact on the fiat price of #Bitcoin.

It is inevitable BTC switches from "risk on" to "risk off" as it takes away share of USD global dominance.
Kaz · 136w
This was always inevitable

Now all the grayscale customers can sell their coins after the price reverts to spot. I’m not sure if this is bullish in the short term.

Staying humble, not getting annoyed I didn’t stack equities this morning, not sure what the excitement it all about. 1btc still equals 1btc. 🧐

If it’s an inflationary depression (likely), that’s exactly what’s going to happen. Might have a big deflationary event at some point, but it’s going to be an inflationary decade… and I’d say we are already in it.

Yes but SHSS ;)

It’s still a liquidity issue, at the end of the day. This pump will correct within a week.
Financial Parasites · 136w
It’s just Wall Street Parasites who are looking to pump their bags. They are getting rekt in stocks and bonds. They need new asset class to play old derivatives game.

Let it happen. ETF, FASB rule change, halving, back to back to back.

Government are going to go wild. Never a better time for freedom tech.

Seems like they’re trying to time the ETFs with the onset of the crisis so they can print money and use it to naked short the paper products and then scoop up cheap bitcoin and ride it back up to cover the downside of the money printing. Turns out bitcoin is the escape hatch for central banks to...

I've had similar thoughts... if the ETF gets rejected / continually delayed during a global depression... 😬!

Any gains that the regulated fiat world grants to Bitcoiners are gains that can be taken away.

Judges orders SEC to reconsider. SEC be like: hmmm, still no 🤪

Why is bcash reacting more than BTC to the ETF news?
₿k · 136w
as someone wise once said, stay humble stack sats
nobody · 136w
Interesting times! I am not quite convinced such etfs would trigger a massive run, if at the same time despression makes the other markets crash. But no matter what happens "stay humble stack sats" is the winning strategy!
