Word. The only additional side benefit is purely due to working the tax code. But it’s a messy business all around. Nice to give someone a place to live, but still can be a headache. I’m currently doing both and looking for timing to move some RE equity into BTC (tax implications again…)

The issue, Bitcoin will overcome, is the friendliness governments have towards people buying property.
