@nprofile1q... GOG is the only other real competitor to Steam that isn't Epic Games Store, which I forgot to mention. Apparently it stands for Good Old Games (had to look it up). It's still significantly smaller than steam in terms of success and possibly catalogue though that's debatable considering one of their main goals are to bring back beloved games to the market so they can still be played without being lost to time which has garnered them some success in that regard.
