Watched „My Dinner with André” yesterday…
If you haven’t, you should!
I have no doubt all the freedom-lovers, thought-provoking appreciators, uncertainty-friendly seekers will love this magnificent piece of 1980s cinema.
Few key takeaways of mine:
- silence with one another is normal and often much needed (especially in these noise-filled times)
- deep within yourself, you always know what is best for you (the challenge is to be quiet enough to hear it!)
- TV, social media, radio, newspapers etc. all are participating in your subconscious programming (are you aware of their impact on your life?)
Over the recent years I’ve grown tired of waste-filled cinema, full of propaganda and lack of substance.
Watching this movie was simply wonderful. It’s a reminder that great cinema exists, although (unless we change course) you may need to look in the past for it.
Watch it! You won’t regret it!
