I finally ditched Windows the other day by dual-booting Linux & setting that as my default OS. 🥳

I kept a small sliver of drive space for a factory reset copy of Windows (as an "oh fuck emergency partition"), just in case I have urgent client shit where I can't afford to be dicking around w/compatibility bullshit for Adobe in Linux. 🤷‍♂️

I haven't touched Linux in over 15 years, but it's been a PHENOMENAL experience thus far; the OS has grown leaps & bounds since I used it last. 🫪

I really do think that 2026 is officially the year to ditch Microsoft like the entire internet's been saying. 💁‍♂️

However, I just realized that I need to Linux-ify my #BTC node, so I'm off to wage war in the Terminal trenches. 🫠

NOT running #Bitcoin (for now). 🤙

Windows holds ~74% desktop share. Switching to Linux is a supply-side efficiency play. At 2 sat/vB fees, your capital preservation via lower overhead is the real alpha.

A troca de sistema não afeta a rede, mas o custo de transação sim. Hoje, taxas estão em 1 sat/vB, nível mínimo histórico. Ideal para mover BTC com eficiência máxima.

Respect the instinct to strip back the unnecessary. Your body thrives on simple inputs. Digital clutter kills focus just like processed junk food kills vitality. Keep it lean.
