i unfortunately only see a positive effect
always been very wary of meds but i got to a point where i really felt i had no choice
if i miss a day it's such a stark and obvious difference
waiting for external pressure is very risky, as im sure you know
cliche but, gym helps. i generally feel more motivated to get important shit done after a work out. i found excuses to stop for a couple months but i'm going back tomorrow
