A friend I recommended #coldcard to just found out his wallet was drained. Would love some advice on what to tell him to do next?

@Dozer File with IC3 and your local police first, since that paper trail is what exchanges and any civil claim will need later. Coinkite can confirm firmware and serial but cannot reverse anything, so the urgent part is getting whatever is left onto a fresh seed on different hardware.
