The moron hasn't apparently noticed that Russia has violated every single agreement it signed with Ukraine recognising its sovereignty in 1991, 1994, 1997 and then numerous border treaties 2000-2013, while he accused NATO of violating imaginary "rules" that nobody has every signed anywhere.
