Yep! I like that co-ops are less likely to be influenced by the high time preference systematic errors of retail and institutional investors, however, workers in a democratic paradigm are very prone to systematic and high time preference malinvestment too. The shareholder equitized capital model of finance and company governance has a place, but it is overrated. I prefer sole proprietorships (like a small family businesses with no government privileges) or 100% consensus models (common in protocols like Bitcoin, nostr, language, and in partnerships with a 100% mutual consent requirement for all decisions).

Sounds great for you, but far to many are trapped within the authoritarian corporate model, bowing down muttering "Yes, me lord." So, I enjoy my freedom to say fuck em, and I for one would like to see others freed up too. Just a human being human. Far to many are captured in enslavement schemes...
