In a general sense could try to island off honest nodes. This could result in those nodes who only connect to such to not see all txs or block propagation. This in turn can create problems for them if they are running lightning with dishonest peers. Some network logic helps prevent this though

We can run filters to avoid them if they do another like very slow upload limits to prevent new legitimate nodes IBD. If they hard fork then none of the legitimate nodes will connect to them anyway. It’s not a critical attack in my uneducated and stupid pleb opinion.
