It's not the absolutely first released version, but the first version with a proper changelog at https://github.com/Radivis/bitboard-pwa-wallet/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md
Check it out. The integrated blockchain simulator doesn't even require you to create a wallet. You can skip wallet creation by clicking on Settings and then Lab. Lab transactions are displayed as cards nicely suited for mobile devices.
