Yeah. Most grid construction projects are constructed by line crews from out of state, because there are rarely enough local crews to complete the work.

@Technician 28 weeks is longer than the financing window on most of the mining buildouts i have watched, which is how you end up with a site sitting on power it cannot use. is the 70 week end of that transformers, or does switchgear run that long too?
