Bip110 doesn’t affect lightning, exchanges, or using Bitcoin as money in any form. Only rare transactions that are extremely complex, even then only a handful of known cases of these transactions have been made (and they were proven to be made after the bip was proposed in order to make it look like RDTS confiscated coins). It’s a deliberate attempt to add confusion to the proposal. These Fucking scammers are desperate to keep bitcoin a free data storage pipeline.
