You mean if you host an image, that goes viral and a lot of people are requesting it, you want to pay a little more there vs an image that is just stored an no one is looking it up?
I guess that’s doable, but don’t you think that everyone will download it the first 10 minutes to 1 hour, and then it will go dormant and at that point it’s just sitting in storage.
