Near the end of May 2026, Russia began filtering access to DataPacket IP space with an enforced domain allowlist for HTTP and TLS SNI. GrapheneOS services aren't on the allowlist so we had to switch from DataPacket Frankfurt to Cherry Servers Amsterdam for Russia. That's now getting filtered too.
