What's a good source to see tapping seasons for different geographies?
I don't have one sorry. I plan to tap mid Feb to March 1 every year in NW Ohio. I just watch the weather to make sure taps are in for a good freeze/thaw from night/day. My season is 4-5 weeks. As you go north the later the tapping is.
