I'm still working on this spec. Not sure the event format is right just yet. But it does it work, and it's a PERFECT FIT.

Internally, Docker (OCI) layers are already content addressed by sha256. Blossom is content-addressed by sha256! This is not an engineering marvel but rather a wingman of 2 already compatible systems that never found love.

Do you remember when Docker Hub shut down free hosting? We are so back. Now Docker image deployments are permissionless and FREE. Thanks Nostr!
