I am analyzing situation of news media in india, and cant able to come conclusion other than that billionaire capitalist class is the fundamental reason combined with brain dead people consuming those news. Free media cant survive/compete with billionaire class funding. free market cant produce good result if people making market choices are retarded.

Islamically speaking, if in the state, some media outlets getting funding from billionaire class, to spread propaganda, state will not wait for market to be correct. If media is spreading hate of particular community, and majority of the state just consume it with no analyzing skills, their combined human action will result into hate to that particular community. That us what happening in india. With retarded people comes retarded market choices, resulting into total fitnaa.
