Yeah that's dirt cheap. I can't imagine what your kw/h cost is. Were about $0.19/kwh right now. My rack alone runs me $2700/year. AC adds another $1500 roughly.

I am using wood quite often for cooking and definetely for heating. Also i solar heating for water and occasionaly solar generators to charge devices. I do not use air condition (strange that it is possible in Greece, i know). We have less than half of that.

Very worth it to us! We even sell the energy we don't use to the city grid and get cash back.
