That’s actually one of the things I can’t quite figure out about Nostr. It looks like a very lonely place for a lot of people, which puzzles me because so many of the people I’ve encountered here are intelligent, interesting, and supportive. Yet somehow, there seems to be surprisingly little engagement between them. I can’t quite understand why.

How long have you been on Nostr? And what do you mean by a mass exodus back to twitter? Why twitter and when did that happen?

I’ve been on NOSTR, first DAMUS now Primal for ~1-1/2 yrs. It seems to me the exodus occurred ~4-6 mos ago but for me to state that with confidence, I lack data. I’m sure somebody keeps NOSTR statistics somewhere. The lack of revenue/attention is what likely led to this. I’m puzzled also. I be...
