And there, sits another tension to navigate that I think about a lot: The scientific process that enables new personal understanding, and the mechanics by which one is legibly productive within scientific institutions. Because I'd say I was very productive but not legibly productive. But on the opposite end it is quite possible to be *very* legibly productive, but not synthetically productive to science itself. 😁
