NOSTR is hereby declared a fork of NIP-110 as the original is now:

MASTER
Mike’s All Stuff Transmitted Everywhere by Relays

MASTER will employ the new standard MIKE2b encryption.
Thus all public keys now become mpubs and held centrally by the “mike” relay.

Posting will be strictly limited to one post every 2.5 days.

Zaps will be routed through the central Bitcoin node “mike”, where fees of 90% will be charged for routing.
