Proof of Person is something I'm looking at using a Person NIP and the Attestation NIP.

Everyone thinks that people are going to want to weed out the computers and only talk to humans. I think it is going to be the opposite. People are going to want to weed out the humans. Luckily, it will be much easier to test if an entity is silicon than carbon.

Well, the EU's ZNP tokens for 13+ will do that, effectively. It will identify all adult humans legally-residing in the EU, at least.
