From a bird’s-eye view, the first impression is quite appealing. However, it ultimately depends on your personal preferences. If you’re seeking an environment with clean air and a community that values social awareness, then, as things currently stand, most of the properties available could be both functional and wonderful for you. That said, it’s important to keep in mind that at some point, you’ll have neighbors. They’ll start building—and while construction noise will likely pass “soon” (if all goes well), once everything is built, your new neighbor might celebrate, throw parties, or host their “delicious” weekly barbecues… So, while you chase that property dream, 😉 I’d like to suggest considering something like this (see image). 😊 It’s just a sketch, but imagination knows no bounds! 😉 Feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss further. 🤙🏽
