I still have to try making soup but tried the 'use celery as a boat for a snack' idea except I really don't like Peanut Butter so used Biscuit spread instead ๐

The sweetness of the spread together with raisins and walnut really 'went' and the crispness of the celery added some great texture ๐
Need to keep at least a little back to try Mirepoix too
