Made another batch of Amish friendship bread tonight. Sending a loaf and a starter to my mom by way of the kiddo tomorrow. He's going to spend the week with his grandparents and cousins.
Every time I make a batch, I end up with 4 extra starters. They're fun to experiment with. These loaves have coconut added and I used peanut oil instead of the coconut oil I used last time.
