There is a huge difference between leaving legacy Social Media and ditching Social Media alltogether like Nostr. This also includes some messengers like WA.

the problem is, as long as profit = f(attention), social medias are directly forced to increase attention (aka make it more addicting). once we change the function & input, we can save social media addiction. nostr/bluesky are a great start
