It's one of the reasons why I had to implement an image proxy for @Nostria, many Nostr clients has not been good at image optimization before uploading. Biggest I'm following has an 17.16 MB, yet the thumbnail shown in Nostria for him is only 1.16 KB. Saves bandwidth, processing, memory and battery.
