Hey! I would love it if you would try out @Nostria which is an Nostr app I'm the developer of. I just added Clips support and I found you from the many neat clips you're posting.

Would love to get some feedback for improvements, I just added this Clips feature so it needs some more tuning, but it's already pretty good.

Thanks! I did push an update now focused on performance improvements.

Some of the changes:

- Events that are not visible in the view, is now hidden in the DOM (not removed).
- Animations for videos and image reveals are completely gone.
- Relays that require authentication is not attempted to connect to again after failing.
- Relays that fails is blocked with timeout. This does not persist across launches, so temporary network issues won't affect later connecting.
- Loading reactions, comments, zap is delayed if you scroll really fast.
- If an embedded event fails to load for some reason, after 10 seconds, a retry button and link to njump.me will appear.
- Deep Profile Discovery was running on feeds, this was a bug and it caused massive relay usage when it's not supposed to. Deep Discovery was always just supposed to work when opening up the profiles.
- Reduced the height on pinned events on profile.
- Capitalized NIP-05 values would fail to validate, fixed.

What would you want on a lock screen widget? I don't think I can do that without another app, you can at least control the media (music) playback on locked screen.

It's the same with @Damus website, they cache and show months old profile of mine, which has different photo and different payment address.

Primal doesn't even render profile images properly. It has red-debug borders around HTML elements. It's heavy caching, showing outdated profiles.

The search has some nice features that extends the search NIP-50.

I'm currently working on a new search relay for Nostria to ensure user have a bit better experience with search on Nostr than what exists today.

I'm gonna start unfollow more myself. Have kind of use follow as a way to "collect" profiles, but with people lists in @Nostria being so good now, I can rather move profiles I want to check in on once in a while, in separate lists. I'll do an experiment today and record results.

Thanks for sharing! I know there is enough great content on Nostr, though there is an issue with lack of options to consume content. Mostly it's either a global trending feed or chronological sorting.

I'm trying my best to give user's many ways of discovering content on @Nostria. I think Summary is a good way to keep track, and there is People lists which allows you to get very focused and clutter-free feeds with only those lists you choose.

Recently added a trending view for locally cached events. This allows you to find popular posts among the cached events locally, which often will be your following and some extra. This is a great way to stay engaged.

"For You" needs some love, the idea is to present to you content from actual profiles you interact with, giving likes, viewing their profile, etc. This is not optimal right now, but there are all those other options and more ways to filter and focus what you feed to yourself.

I see many people write about their experiences with Nostr, I don't think it's a lack of content, it's a lack of algorithms and tools that help users discover great content.
