I’ve been working on my bread skills. Two loaves of white sandwich bread. I need to work out how much the Pullman pan will hold. I made two 1 1/2 loaves. One overflowed, I didn’t get enough in the other.

Two boules of sourdough raising. Six dozen eggs cleaned, and a bushel of Roma tomatoes stewing.
