I cooked the Romas yesterday. I am finishing them up this morning. I have about two quarts left. I think I will freeze it.

I am using a FruitSaver steam canner. It is SO much easier than a water bath canner. I am also using Harvest Guard Reusable Canning Lids and rings.

I’ve been working on my bread skills. Two loaves of white sandwich bread. I need to work out how much the Pullman pan will hold. I made two 1 1/2 loaves. One overflowed, I didn’t get enough in the other.
