PayPerQ uses its own platform as a gateway to those services and as I remember from an interview with one of its creators, it has paid subscription to those services, so they do not run those on their own infrastructure. Dunno about Maple though. I suspect they have their own infrastructure.

We don't have paid subs to the providers, we pay for these providers on a pay per use basis. Regarding Maple, they do not have their own infra afaik, and are using Tinfoil as their provider, which is the same provider as PPQ uses for its own private TEE models.
