Fun fact: Albertans are taxed the least of any province in Canada but contribute the most by a large margin to federal spending. Canada would be immediately broke if they made that trade. Then again with over a trillion of national debt I guess you could say Canada is broke already.

1000% yes! Plus Minnesota's policies align much closer to Canada anyways. They also fund NGOs that go to employeeless shell companies.
