With BIP110 forked off, is it safe to send real Bitcoin now (not bip110 bitcoin)?

I heard a lot about possible replay attacks but i asume this is only a danger if you send a bip110 transaction which could then be replayed on the mainchain but not vice versa, right?

Depends on if you care if the tx gets broadcasted on the other chain.
