Careful, did that for a while without researching enough, ended up not eating enough and lost a lot of muscle mass. If you are doing omad then make sure you are getting at least 1.2-2 x (your weight in kgs) grams of protein. Just remember to supersize that dinner steak!

100%. The more you fast, the better you feel and the less you want to eat. Meals get smaller because you feel stuffed faster.

Black coffee 'til noon (usually don't drink after 10am 'cuz caffeine really f*cks your sleep), then a big ol' smoothie loaded with fruit and veggies for lunchtime calories, finally a "normal" dinner before 8pm.
