I feel like I'm making a little progress, and try for a little more joy in my life, only to be dragged down to earth by this spine I did not order. I know I need to go talk to a spine surgeon, but I'm terrified of what they might tell me, and really depressed. Sorry. You have your own grief to struggle with. I am still here for now, just quietly.
