Yeah I checked it out last year trying to figure why I had headaches and fatigue after trying a small amount of creatine.

10g/day during training days. 5g/day otherwise. Add a multivitamin with my post-workout meal and we're good to go. Basically the only supplements worth taking alongside a high quality whey protein and caffeine -- Cannabis is optional as well 😉
