@nprofile1q... I use my phone for government phone stuff (they don't do much web meetings for whatever reason) and job hunting, yeah.
Also some SMS with some family members that like... only have a phone, malware social media platforms and nothing else.
All of these uses can be covered by a SIP trunk.
My music is mostly files I put on there from my computer or downloaded with NewPipe.
The only thing it really does better than the rest of my equipment right now is coping with power outages and that is because battery stations able to cope with my homelab are expensive.
If I just use some used laptop (remove the untrustworthy battery) and get some cheap external pack I could handle that well-enough.
