I do think that before people are able to make judgements on others for how impairing pain can be, they should be made to wear, continuously, for at least a week, a device that induces what they deem to be excruciating pain (and adjusting upward if they start tolerating more).

With the alternative being to simply listen to people, so they don't have to go through that.

A silly contrast.

I have an older computer case, mostly metal, which has outlived the majority of its original internals. It will outlive the current ones too.

But what thought process exactly leads to making a case so study, yet require effectively disassembling a considerable part of it to replace a part so commonly replaced as harddrives?

Making it so hard in a case meant to be essentially disposable is one thing, but in a long-lasting case?
