I just bought a full lamb!! What are your favorite ways to cook lamb? I've got a lot of chops of different varieties that I'm not sure what to do with

I usually just get the lamb loin chops and grill em. Tiny t-bones. My sons love em and the dog gets all the bones cause she loves em too.
