Each word takes 5 dice rolls, so at least 55 rolls to select the 11 words. Your can't look at your seed words & know how much entropy was used in their selection.
Only you who took part in the choosing of the words can know. It's the problem with trusting software derived entropy, 55 dice rolls is a lot of analogue entropy.
