Once upon a time, there was something called ChangeTip. It was a bot that worked on Reddit and Twitter that let people tip each other in sats.

Communities were formed, charitable causes were funded, and new people were introduced to the magic of bitcoin. It was way ahead of its time. Unfortunately, because it was a company with a centralized service, they couldn’t find a way to turn a profit, and it shut down after just a couple of years.

Now with Nostr + Lightning, we finally have the chance to recreate this experience in a better, internet-native, and decentralized way. It's the most exciting thing I've seen being built in this space in a decade.
