Aug 23, 2026 @ 15:24 Good afternoon family & friends❣️ Sunny and breezy day today, in the mid 70s. Zoey is here to mow, and she just ran over a yellowjacket nest. That wasn't pleasant but she's handling it much better than I would! Pete is taking a nap, and so far today I went out to breakfast with Leelan, cleaned bird cages and made bird toys, and played my keyboard - if you want to call it that. My fingers and brain are speaking two different languages it would appear...along with the things going on that I had mentioned here a couple of days ago. But I will trudge away and it and pray for the best! The grands go back to school on Tuesday but will be here tomorrow. I have SO MUCH enjoyed their company this summer, but that's easy when one has the best grandkids ever - which of course I do. No plans for the rest of the day, although I'm sure I'll fall asleep at some point, it every single other day is any indication hahaha! I hope you are enjoying your weeekend❣️🤗🐕‍🦺🙏🌱🎹✝️
