Probably should have grilled these. But not a bad attempt at arayes. Made a Lemony tahini based sauce to drizzel on it. Nice crispy little beef pita pockets.

Probably would have been better with a lamb / beef mixture, but that's a whole nother rant about lamb and the American adversion to it. #foodstr
