Heck yeah! I think a lot of misconception stems from people who get minimum/low exposure then go out midday and get fried. You gotta ease into it depending on your skin type. Routine morning light exposure is the best protection against sun burns because it kick starts the melanin production and acts as a shield. Granted, you can still get burned by intense mid day sun but I’ve found it to be helpful in allowing me to spend more time outside without sunscreen and without getting burned.

Yeah ever since I have been following a light regimen I have not gotten burned and I used to burn constantly growing up
