Completely tarnishes the usage of “Nakamoto”. A sac relig disservice to Satoshi. I remember being impressed with their marketing but highly skeptical, seeing the writing on the wall. So much hype and fluff. I genuinely wish things worked out better for them, as I feel like a rising tide lifts up all boats. Kind of too bad NAKA has been a fart in the wind though. A skid-mark stain that muddied the understanding of bitcoin as a tool for individuals and corporations alike.

Trained last night…legitimately tapped a black belt twice: head and arm choke, and omoplota. It felt good to get that recognition after the round. He is easily twice the size and weight of me. Sometimes black belts will give subs to lower belts. I had to really work for those subs. Caught him in a couple of bad positions and capitalized on my agility, saw the split second window of opportunity and went for it. I’m getting better, but maybe I got lucky that round. The next round I roll with an 18 year old white belt with a wrestling background and get absolutely smashed and stuck on bottom.

It’s like a real life video game. Every “character” has different attributes/stats and bring different strengths to the game. Technique is key, but strength, weight, height all contribute. Do they come from a wrestling background, are they good
At judo/takedowns? Are they really good guard players, or do they dominate best when on top? How’s their passing game?Are they good at bating moves and tricking you? All these attributes come into play. Those that stick around the longest have unlocked more of the game.
Everything is ebb and flow and it’s infinitely complex, and it is so damn fun. Get out there and go train. #jiujitsu #bjj
