Spot on 💯. The result of all this equates to time theft. The silent stealing of your money, and lived time on earth. Those in control of the money not only rob you of your value, but of your finite, lived-time. We take our skills/talents to the marketplace, earn paper dollars only for the cantillon effect to take place. If only more people knew. This is why we convert our time/energy into a form of savings that cannot be inflated.

Also - mendo…beautiful. Could go for some GoodLife cafe right about now. Keep stacking…bless up!

Did some advanced vinyasa yoga tonight with my 5 year old son. Well, actually - I do it, he climbs on my back, or finds a way to position himself on me. Lots of upper body, abs. He’s nearly 40 lbs. It was insanely challenging for me but pushed through. Not just the added weight, but balance and composure is tricky. Solid workout and flow.

It’s a great bonding experience and he knows he’s pushing me to physical/mental limits and sees me pull through. I’m not a perfect dad but trying to show him the way. Maybe he’ll appreciate it someday, and carry these moments forward. #yoga
