Has anyone here successfully paid in Bitcoin at a Square Merchant yet?
Yes, I have. The merchant was a brewery. They fumbled a bit trying to figure out how to procure a QR lightening invoice. It was a great learning experience for them. Stoked to be able to support and share some sats - however, they are still very uneducated as they began talking about if the terminal would accept xrp 🙄. NGMI lol. Who knows if they even kept the sats, or converted to fiat. At the end of the day, I do appreciate the optionality on both ends of the transaction. But it’s slightly discouraging to send sats to people who DGAF. Nonetheless an interesting experiment. Sent the sats with my primal wallet.

For these I use my Fujifilm xpro2. Perfect for this sort of thing! 35mm lens as well but I have a 50 if I need a bit more compression

Spot on 💯. The result of all this equates to time theft. The silent stealing of your money, and lived time on earth. Those in control of the money not only rob you of your value, but of your finite, lived-time. We take our skills/talents to the marketplace, earn paper dollars only for the cantillon effect to take place. If only more people knew. This is why we convert our time/energy into a form of savings that cannot be inflated.
