S&S and Quick and the Dead is all I’ve done for strength training for the last 8 years and have been staying strong with no pain. Highly recommended. Can grease the groove with pull ups and push ups occasionally to change it up.

It's crazy how effective this is. My coworkers when I was on this kick at a restaurant used to make a game out of trying to throw me off balance, often with a drink tray in hand. Kettlebell Axe is great as well. 30m is pretty long but the strength gains are impressive. Gotta build up your hands first though!
