I don't know of many Orthodox books, though The Papacy and the Orthodox by A. Edward Siecienski has been on my reading list for a bit. I think it's written by an Orthodox scholar, but I'm not 100% that's the case.
The book is crazy expensive, but the NYPL gave me free web access which I downloaded ...
